About Amanda
I’m a product design leader who loves solving complex problems and helping teams bring great ideas to life. I’ve always been drawn to the messy, in-between spaces—where vision meets constraints, where teams need clarity, and where design can really make an impact. Whether I’m guiding a product team through early discovery or leading a client workshop, I care deeply about creating thoughtful, inclusive experiences that work for everyone.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across a range of industries and team structures, but the common thread has been a drive to create the best user experience. I’m someone who naturally looks for gaps and opportunities, whether it’s building stronger design practices, bringing accessibility to the forefront, or helping teams explore how AI and design thinking can unlock new ways of working.
I take a collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership—supporting designers in their growth, building trust across functions, and keeping users at the center of the process. I'm always learning, always asking questions, and always aiming to raise the bar just a little higher.
Outside of work, I’m an avid hiker and recently completed 180 miles on the Camino de Santiago in Portugal and Spain. Exploring new places—on foot or otherwise—keeps me grounded, curious, and constantly inspired.
