About Amanda

I’m a product design leader who helps teams turn AI from an overwhelming mandate into a practical advantage. I love working in the messy, in-between spaces — where vision meets constraints, where teams need clarity, and where new technology can unlock better ways of working. My focus today is on helping product and design leaders bring AI into their processes in a way that’s approachable, ethical, and directly tied to business outcomes.

Throughout my career, I’ve guided teams across industries and structures, always with the same goal: creating thoughtful, inclusive experiences that work for people. Along the way, I’ve built stronger design practices, championed accessibility, and now, I’m helping teams explore how AI and design thinking together can spark faster prototyping, smarter collaboration, and more confident decision-making.

I take a collaborative, hands-on approach — supporting designers in their growth, building trust across disciplines, and giving teams the tools and playbooks they need to feel confident with AI. I’m always learning, always asking questions, and always looking for ways to turn uncertainty into momentum.

Outside of work, I’m an avid hiker and recently completed 180 miles on the Camino de Santiago in Portugal and Spain. Exploring new places — on foot or otherwise — keeps me grounded, curious, and constantly inspired.
